One Body One Life Diary
What is it?
We have created this diary to help you to maintain a healthy
lifestyle. We believe the more focused you are the more likely you
are to reach your goals.
Using your diary you will be able to keep:
- Track of your progress,
- Note down triggers which may be stopping you make change
- Build in rewards to celebrate your successes.
- and most importantly it will allow you to create goals that
suit you and your lifestyle, so that you have a real chance of
succeeding.
How do I use it?
The diary is very simple to use, it has been split into the
following sections:
1. What's it all about:
- Your proudest moment?
- What healthy eating means?
- What physical activity means?
- Why bother?
- What will you get out of it?
- What's in it for?
2. Using your diary
- This is listed by week.
- Each week there is space for you to write down what activities
you have done and what you have eaten.
- At the beginning of each month you will be asked for a healthy
eating goal and a physical activity goal. Remember "Don't aim
too high" make sure your goals are realistic and
measurable.
- Finally at the end of each month you will be ask to review how
well you have done, so that you can make sure you celebrate your
successes (no matter how small)
3. Additional pages and help file
- The additional pages section contains extra goal setting
and review pages.
- The help file provides a list of useful websites
